How we handle the information you share with us, written plainly. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to help you.
Who we are
This site is run by AI Boost Center (SSM Reg. No. MA0341700-W), an AI adoption firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, and what we do with it. It is written to meet Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
Information you give us directly, when you book a call, send a message, or email us:
- Your name and the company you work for
- Your email address and phone number
- Anything you choose to write in your message
Information collected automatically when you browse the site:
- Pages you view and how you move through the site
- Your device, browser, and approximate location from your IP address
- Standard analytics data through cookies and similar tools
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, follow up on it, and arrange a call if you ask for one
- To deliver, run, and improve our training and adoption work
- To send you information you asked for
- To send you occasional updates on new resources and trainings, with an unsubscribe link in every email
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better
- To meet our legal and record-keeping duties
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted services that process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms:
- Netlify, which hosts this site and receives the forms you submit
- Google, for website analytics, calendar and video calls
- NeetoCal, which runs the call-booking calendar and receives the name, email and answers you give when you book
- Microsoft Forms, if your team takes our AI-fluency survey after a call
- Microsoft Clarity, for understanding how visitors use the site
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics, to see which pages work and which do not. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it.
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask us to:
- See the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Stop or limit how we use it
- Withdraw your consent at any time

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information with care.
