A written plan for putting AI into your company.
We look at how your teams work today, then we write down which team goes first and which training they get. We start with the work that pays back first.
What we do, in the order we do it.
Four things happen, in this order.
- 01
We ask your team how they use AI today
We send your team a short set of questions. You get the answers back in writing.
- 02
We write the roadmap
It names which training each team gets, and the order we go in. You approve it before any date is set.
- 03
We train one team at a time
Each team gets the training that fits their department, on the tools they already use: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude.
- 04
We build agents for the work that comes back every week
The same report, the same reply. We build agents for those, and we teach your team to build their own.
Nothing goes in the calendar until you say yes. You approve one step at a time.
Some work comes back every week. We build the agent that takes it.
| Work your team repeats | What an agent can take over |
|---|---|
| Reading a long report before the meeting | It gives you a short pre-read and the questions worth asking. |
| Checking the same tracker every month | It reads the tracker and flags what needs attention. |
| Turning meeting notes into slides | It turns the notes into a slide outline. |
| Looking up the same background every week | It runs the research and shows where every answer came from. |
We teach your team to build their own agents, with no code. We build them to run inside the AI tools your company already has.
We agree what to measure before the first session.
Before we start
We set the review date before anything launches. Two numbers get agreed up front. Hours saved, per person, per week, on the same tasks we time at the start. Work delivered, meaning reports finished and documents sent.
After the training
About two weeks after each team’s session we survey them, then we send you a written report. It shows how many still use AI, what they use it on, how much time they say they save, and every limit of the method.
At the review date you see the numbers, and you decide what happens next.
We trained ADA Global one team at a time. Nine trainings, nine teams.
Your roadmap starts with one call.
We ask how your teams work today, then we tell you which team we would start with.
